Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our Seattle office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
What you’ll do
As the Finance Manager, Commissions, you will be crucial in driving our company's success by ensuring accurate and effective commission structures and payouts for our sales and revenue teams. Your work will directly impact our salesforce motivation and productivity, helping us achieve our growth targets. You will join our dynamic finance team and collaborate with senior leadership across various departments.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about our business, possesses strong analytical skills, and demonstrates strategic thinking to help optimize our commission processes as we expand. The ideal candidate should thrive in tackling challenges and be adept at addressing complex problems with a high degree of organization and attention to detail. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Finance Manager, Commissions will be key members of the Finance team, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our commission structures.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $155,000 - $194,000 USD. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
