Interview recordings are automatically deleted after 90 days unless you explicitly choose to save them. You can delete any recording at any time from your dashboard. Saved recordings are retained until you delete them or your account is closed.

Do you share my data with AI providers?

We use AI providers (like OpenAI and Anthropic) to power our feedback features. Your data is processed in real-time but is NOT stored by these providers for training purposes. We have data processing agreements in place to ensure your information is protected.

Can I export all my data?

Yes! You can request a complete export of your data from Settings > Privacy > Export Data. We'll compile all your information (profile, interviews, resumes, feedback) into a downloadable package within 48 hours.

How do I delete my account and all data?

You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data within 30 days. For immediate deletion, contact our privacy team at privacy@virtualinterview.ai.
