We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager, AI Internal Tooling, to define and own the strategy for adopting and scaling AI tools across our internal technology stack. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical and business systems expertise who thrives at the intersection of IT, integrations, and enterprise platforms.
In this role, you’ll set the vision and strategy for how AI augments our core internal systems, from automating workflows to improving employee experiences. You’ll partner across IT, Business Systems, Security, and Engineering to evaluate, integrate, and scale AI solutions ensuring they are secure, compliant, and meet our business needs. Your technical fluency will enable you to drive conversations around APIs, data flows, and integrations while at the same time shaping the right solutions to support internal employees. You’ll also help establish a new intake and prioritization process for AI tooling requests, ensuring the most valuable initiatives rise to the top.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
