All content on VirtualInterview.ai, including AI models, interview questions, resume templates, course materials, software code, designs, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.
You retain ownership of content you create or upload (resumes, interview recordings, etc.). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide our services. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
AI-generated feedback, resume suggestions, and interview analysis are provided as guidance only. You're responsible for reviewing and using AI outputs appropriately. We don't guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.
By creating an account, you agree to receive product announcement emails about new features, improvements, and release notes. This preference is enabled by default to keep you informed about platform updates that may benefit your interview preparation.
You can disable product announcements at any time from your email notification settings. Transactional emails (account security, password resets, purchase confirmations) cannot be disabled as they are essential to your account operation.
You may also receive optional digest emails (weekly/monthly summaries), interview reminders, and tips. Each category can be independently controlled from your notification preferences. We will never share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
