As an Infrastructure Product Manager, you will evangelize and saturate automated communication of changes to Cloudflare’s infrastructure, develop and scale roadmaps for critical infrastructure platforms, ensuring world-class reliability and efficiency. You will manage stakeholder requirements to develop a long-term vision (2+ years) for these platforms, improve and create processes for seamless and rapid customer communication during incidents, build tools to automate incident communications and streamline the customer crediting process, enhance the rigor of existing Service Level Agreement (SLA) processes, and promote and implement automated communication for all changes to Cloudflare’s infrastructure.
