This team supports MongoDB’s company mission by enabling internal teams to work smarter, reduce manual effort, and focus on strategic, high-impact work.
As an Internal AI Product Management Intern, you’ll help drive AI adoption across the company by mapping needs across departments, identifying the highest-value opportunities, and partnering with engineers to deliver safe and effective AI tools. You may be involved in evaluating AI use cases, establishing standards for internal AI products, analyzing workflow challenges, and supporting strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who enjoys thinking critically about how AI transforms work, and wants experience operating at the intersection of AI, data, product, and people.

What you'll find at MongoDB
MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
