Mission:
We are seeking a growth-oriented Director to join our Strategic Digital Native Business (DNB) team across North America (Front line leadership). You will oversee a high-performing team of Strategic Account Executives responsible for expanding existing customer relationships, and accelerating Databricks adoption across innovative, cloud-native companies. This team is passionate about empowering digital-first organizations to scale through data, AI, and the Databricks Lakehouse Platform. You will report to the Regional Vice President of the Digital Native Strategic Business.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipates utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
