MongoDB is looking for a Senior Developer Advocate to join our Developer Relations team in India. You'll be at the forefront of driving engagement, learning, and excitement within our developer community across India and APAC.

Joining our Developer Relations team will have you collaborating and learning with world-class peers and engaging with some of the world’s largest companies.
This role can be remotely in the India region.
We're seeking someone who thrives on building vibrant developer ecosystems. As a Senior Developer Advocate, you'll use your experience in technical enablement, community-building, and instructional content to engage developers and help them confidently adopt MongoDB technologies.
You’re seasoned at connecting with developers through events, workshops, virtual training, or meetups, and take pride in fostering discovery and delivering value. With a genuine collaborative spirit, you work closely with colleagues across teams, always striving to elevate every member’s success in alignment with MongoDB’s value of Building Together.
A strong communicator and problem-solver, you have 5+ years of experience in roles such as Developer Advocate, Solutions Architect, Software Engineer, Developer Relations, or similar. You’re skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts and can adapt your messaging to developers at all skill levels.
