Grafana Labsでは、日本市場における新規ビジネスの開拓および成約を担う Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition を募集しています。本ポジションでは、新規顧客との商談機会を特定・育成・成約まで導き、売上予測の管理および顧客データの追跡を行っていただきます。
私たちはコンサルティブセールスのアプローチを重視しており、製品の話をする前に、まず顧客の課題やニーズを理解することを大切にしています。あなたの専門性は、当社製品の価値を明確に伝え、トライアル期間中に顧客と伴走し、強固な関係性をGrowthチームへ引き継ぐうえで重要な役割を果たします。理想的には、技術的なバックグラウンドを持ち、これまでに技術系製品の営業経験がある方を想定しています。
