Cloudflare is growing our People team, and we’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented People Operations Coordinator to support the AMER People Operations team across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
This role is ideal for someone with a project coordination or operations background who enjoys tracking work, maintaining data integrity, and supporting People processes in a fast-paced, global environment. You’ll work closely with People Operations Specialists, HRBPs, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Recruiting to help execute core People workflows and projects.
Maintaining accurate People data, supporting employee lifecycle processes, and keeping work moving forward through strong coordination are central to this role.
