Join MongoDB’s Technical Services Portfolio Management Office (PMO), enabling strategic execution and transformation across our global Technical Services (TS) org. As strategic partners to TS leadership, our PMO facilitates portfolio governance, capability development, and cross-functional collaboration that drives measurable customer impact and business value. We accelerate decision-making, optimize investments, and ensure alignment between global strategy and regional execution.
As a Program Management & Strategic Initiatives Intern, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects that help shape the future of Technical Services. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build professional skills while working on the team that acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, support the delivery of our organization’s most important work, and partner cross-functionally in a globally distributed team.

What you'll find at MongoDB
MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings.
