Procurement Operations Data Specialist

As Unity continues to grow, we’re building a procurement team that can scale with the business. We’re looking for someone with an operations mindset; focused on driving efficiency, simplifying workflows, and continuously improving processes.

This person would provide key insights to support the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

Opportunity to build new data sets and present to leadership.

This is a hybrid role based in our Bangalore office. This position requires working during late evening hours from 2 PM to 11 PM (IST), with a 1-hour lunch break included. Are you available to work during these Non-Shift hours?

What you'll be doing

• Develop and maintain procurement reports and dashboards to support sourcing decisions, QBRs, and monthly metrics.


• Analyze supplier performance and support vendor management activities and improvement plans.


• Ensures accuracy and integrity of procurement data across enterprise systems, including supplier, contract, and purchase order information.


• Requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, EazyBI, Looker, or similar).


• Participate in special projects, analyses, and ad hoc tasks as required.

What we're looking for

• The ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and timelines


• Familiarity with P2P tools and basic accounting principles


• Technically savvy and capable of learning new technologies


• Experience with new technologies (AI)

You might also have

• Previous experience as a buyer or other purchasing specialist (Facilities, HR, and Professional Services)


• Detailed understanding of end-to-end Procurement transactions in a large, global technology company


• Experience with procurement approval workflows, purchasing policy compliance, and contract review processes
