While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.
The Protocol Sales team is responsible for driving awareness, adoption and sales of Coinbase’s core products and services to protocol teams globally. Team members manage business development, sales, client relationships and service across the many products that cater to crypto companies and token issuers. The team works closely with Product and other functions throughout Coinbase to enhance the offering and platform. Successful candidates will play a key role in Coinbase’s growth strategy by working closely with the industry’s most exciting innovators and crypto companies.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
