We are looking for a creative, delivery-oriented Named Enterprise Account Executive to join the team in the Nordics to maximise the phenomenal market opportunity that exists for Databricks within the Norwegian market. As an Account Executive selling into Norway, you will be based in Sweden or Denmark and will fly in and fly out of Norway to visit customers.

You will know how to sell innovation and value to existing customers, identify new use cases and grow consumption and can guide deals forward to compress decision cycles. You love understanding a product in depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers and partners. You will be offered huge potential for career progression with the pace of the team's growth.

You will report to the Sales Director for Enterprise Sales, Denmark and Norway.

The impact you will have:

Assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy

Drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts

Exceed activity and quarterly revenue targets

Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce

Identify new use case opportunities and showcase value to existing customers

Promote the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform

Orchestrate and utilise our field engineering teams to ensure valuable outcomes for clients

Build and demonstrate value with all engagements to guide successful negotiations to close point

What we look for:

Extensive understanding of the data platform, open source and cloud ecosystems

Highly skilled in prospecting research and the ability to map out key stakeholders

Demonstrated success in Value Selling and developing a mutual action plan

Ability to influence decision-making and strategy with customer leadership teams

Ability to establish credibility with the C-suite

Adept in selling to technical buyers

Experience growing consumption and closing commit deals in a direct sales role

Mastery of MEDDPICC

Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience

Fluency in English is required; fluency in Norweign is preferred
