We’re seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) who thrive on teamwork, connection, and making a real impact through home care. As part of our In-Home Care (IHC) Team, you’ll partner with Providers to deliver high-quality, hands-on primary care for members with complex conditions — ensuring consistent, compassionate, and high-value care in every visit.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, field-based role. You must live in or near Camden, NJ, as the position involves driving to and conducting member visits in their homes.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $20 to $25/hour. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant’s education, work experience, certifications, etc.
