About the role:
The People Strategy Partner empowers departmental leaders in achieving their department goals. This is done by supporting leaders in aligning their strategic outcomes to broader company objectives and ensuring that the right roadmaps, management processes and talent are in place to achieve outcomes. This role will have a deep understanding of the functions' operations allowing them to assess their effectiveness, as well as provide feedback and insight on the function, functional leader and team performance. This role will be a strategic thought partner to business leaders as they work through human capital processes, connect dots and build stakeholder alignment across the organization.
You will report into the Chief People Officer.
Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $131,200 - $172,200 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
