We are seeking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sr Operations Anaylst– Professional Services (APJ) to support operational strategy, planning, and execution across our APJ Professional Services organization. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence, delivering actionable business insights, and enabling efficient service delivery across internal teams and partner ecosystems.
Reporting to the International Operations Director, this role serves as the single operational voice for the APJ Professional Services region, owning day-to-day operational execution and regional performance. You will partner closely with Professional Services teams across APJ and EMEA with a main day-to-day focus on APJ delivery and execution to improve operational performance, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.
You will work in close collaboration with the APJ Resource Manager, providing operational support across capacity planning, staffing, utilization tracking, and forecasting activities, while ensuring regional nuances such as public holidays, skills availability, and partner coverage are accurately reflected in plans. The role will also act as primary operational backup during APJ Resource Manager PTO, ensuring continuity of resource planning, deal support, and delivery operations.
