We are looking for sharp, reliable students to support a product launch and ongoing operations. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of customer experience, operations, and marketing, offering real exposure to a live product launch, direct impact on customer experience, and the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving team. The role includes flexible hours and is ideal for students.
Manually track new users and key lifecycle events
Perform booking checks and post-booking follow-ups
Call hotels to confirm reservations, special requests, early check-in, or late checkout
Support proactive customer touch-points and VIP handling
Assist with basic reporting and data tracking
Help execute launch and marketing-related tasks
Flag issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Fluent in spoken and written English
Clear, confident communicator, comfortable speaking with hotels and partners
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proactive, responsible, and able to follow structured processes
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, docs, and basic tools
Interest in travel, customer experience, or operations is a plus
