Role

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our Commercial Sales team. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Regional Sales Director. You will solve customer pain points through our unique value proposition while acting as the GM of your territory to overachieve on revenue goals. By partnering with Sales Engineers and educating key decision-makers, you will build a plan for success and drive meaningful impact within your target prospects.

Understand and solve customers' pain points through our unique value proposition

Embrace selling an inspiring technology to educate key decision-makers in organizations within your territory

Operate as the GM of your business by creating a comprehensive plan for success including coverage, target prospects, and marketing campaigns

Implement world-class sales methodologies to consistently overachieve on quarterly and annual revenue goals

Partner closely with Sales Engineers to demonstrate and achieve both business and technical value for clients

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Minimum 8 years of selling experience with a consistent revenue quota

At least 4 years of experience specifically selling to the commercial or digital native segments

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and successfully selling at the C-Level

Proven experience working with Channel partners to create joint plans, build pipeline, and lead opportunities to closure

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience selling security, SaaS, or software solutions

A history of over-achievement in your sales career, consistently ranking in the top 10% of your current organization
