The Coinbase, Inc. Compliance Testing and Assurance (“CTA”) Group is a second-line-defense independent oversight function that is responsible for the planning and execution of testing activities to assess whether the processes and controls supporting the compliance framework are designed and operating effectively. The Coinbase CTA Group maintains the global policy and procedure for CTA activities, standards, documentation and test plans. The CTA Group collaborates with other members of the Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and business functions in the execution of its mandate.
The CTA Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting the CTA Team management in the development, management, execution and continued improvement of the CTA Program.

For select roles, Coinbase is also piloting an AI interview intelligence platform to transcribe and summarize interview notes, allowing our interviewers to fully focus on you as the candidate.
