The PeopleX (People Experience) team’s mission is to build a high performance culture and enhance employee experience by driving impactful programs, hiring top talent, and enabling community across Robinhood.

As a PeopleX Partner Intern, you’ll work on meaningful projects that support our People team’s strategy—bringing insights, operations, and collaboration together to create a thriving workplace!

This role is based in our Menlo Park or New York offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

• 
  

  Support key PeopleX initiatives including business support and program delivery



• 
  

  Analyze employee feedback, operational data, and program outcomes to surface trends and opportunities



• 
  

  Partner with COEs in PX and the business to solve challenging people-related problems



• 
  

  Contribute to a strong and inclusive employee experience by helping deliver meaningful internal programs

What you bring

• You’re currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or a related field. Preference for related work experience in HR (prior internship(s), co-op roles, etc).


• You’re curious and excited about a fast-paced work environment centered on learning and contributing to the business.


• You’re organized and detail-oriented with a knack for project coordination.


• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and thrive in team collaboration.


• Familiarity with tools like Workday and the Google Suite are a plus.
