As the EDD Manager Compliance Operations, London COE at Coinbase, you'll lead the charge in combating money laundering and ensuring that we meet our mission to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone. You'll be a driving force behind our Enhanced Due DIligence (EDD) operations, managing our European site KYC compliance analysts that support multiple jurisdictions, with hundreds of analysts across the globe. With your expertise in compliance, operations, and process excellence, you'll be the mastermind ensuring our teams are performing their work to the highest quality standards and in full compliance with our regulatory obligations.
In this critical role, you'll take charge of supporting scale out of our London site, hiring top talent, ensuring effective training and ramp, and monitoring key KRis and using that data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with your team and cross-functional partners to develop and implement effective solutions that will help us meet our goals in a meaningful way.
