Responsibilities:
About You:
Experience as a user of Salesforce within quote to cash business processes Proficient in Salesforce skills needed to complete daily troubleshooting, ticket resolution and projects. You enjoy taking initiative and making suggestions for improvements Detail oriented with high capability for detecting inconsistencies. Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets Strong time management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic and organizational skills Experience at SaaS company preferred
