Role

We are looking for a Manager, GTM Operations to join our GTM Operations & Analytics team. This is a hybrid role aligned to the America GEO Operations function, reporting to the Sr. Manager, GTM Operations. You will serve as a key individual contributor responsible for identifying business friction and creating data-backed programs to enhance performance. You will own regional sales analytics, drive annual business planning, and lead cross-functional projects to streamline GTM execution and ensure data integrity.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Partner closely with field stakeholders and GTM Operations leaders to target pain points, gain business context, and create data-backed programs to positively impact business performance

Lead GEO-specific sales weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics to provide actionable insights

Own the execution of QBRs and annual business planning for the assigned regions

Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes by identifying bottlenecks and implementing streamlined solutions

Lead and participate in cross-functional projects focused on improving GEO operations, GTM execution, and data integrity

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

4+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations

Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau

Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets, and Excel

Ability to use AI and agentic solutions to solve critical business problems or drive sales productivity

Proven track record of driving data-backed solutions in a multi-disciplinary environment while collaborating with diverse internal teams
