The Community You Will Join:
As a Training Coordinator, you’ll become part of a passionate, collaborative Training & Development team dedicated to empowering Airbnb Training Team through continuous reporting support. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in HR, Operations, and business units across the organization, ensuring we are able to measure training programs and showcase impact and are aligned with company goals. By managing every stage of the training lifecycle—from onboarding and nesting to ongoing interventions—they ensure every new joiner is set up for success, teams remain agile, and performance is always tracked and optimized. Their meticulous handling of training data, batch observations, and feedback creates a foundation for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. With their coordination of logistics and cross-team collaboration (Recruitment, People Analytics, WFM), the Training Coordinator not only keeps training on schedule but also guarantees that every intervention is timely, effective, and aligned with Airbnb’s evolving needs.

How We'll Take Care of You:
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is inclusive of allowances and is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentives, one or more equity programs, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
