As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist at Toast, you’ll play a critical role in our procure-to-pay process by ensuring that vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time, while maintaining strong internal controls. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, organised, and proactive—someone who’s as comfortable with spreadsheets and ERP systems as they are with building relationships across teams. The Senior AP Specialist reports to the Accounts Payable Manager (India). This exciting role requires problem-solving and the ability to process invoices accurately. It will involve significant interaction with vendors and internal business partners.
Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in a week at office)
Work Location: Chennai
Shift Timings: Regular 2 PM to 11 PM; Weekly 2 days night shifts (5:30 PM to 2:30 AM) and Night shift during month-end close for 1 week i.e,. last week of the month (5.30 PM to 2:30 AM) - Cab will be provided free of cost
