Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in UK or Ireland reporting to the Director of Sales Operations within the Sales Operations department. You will drive Zscaler’s Go-To-Market (GTM) growth by focusing on strategic projects and operational efficiencies. You’ll be part of a global group of professionals dedicated to demonstrating the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

Partner with senior leadership to define and execute go-to-market strategies and resource plans tailored to the EMEA GTM organization

Define and deliver key business analytics and metrics packages to internal stakeholders

Facilitate key business meetings, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, renewal, customer success, and quarterly business reviews

Manage annual planning for GTM including quota, territory, headcount planning, and cross-functional support

Develop key strategic insights to drive efficiencies across the GTM organization

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Minimum of 8 years of relevant Sales Operations experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects while working independently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
