The Performance Marketing team’s mission is to build scalable and measurable growth across Robinhood’s core products. We're a team of analytical marketers and channel experts who thrive on driving business results through experimentation, collaboration, and continuous optimization!

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will launch and manage paid social and programmatic channels, while also owning optimization of the app store channel globally. You’ll work cross-functionally with creative, product marketing, and data science to improve funnel performance and deliver measurable growth. You’ll bring a passion for test-and-learn experimentation and thrive on combining analytics with hands-on execution.

This role is based in our Denver offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do

• Launch, manage, and scale paid social and programmatic campaigns to drive user acquisition and revenue growth


• Own and optimize our app store channel performance globally


• Design and implement testing strategies to measure incrementality and identify points of diminishing returns


• Collaborate with data science to execute lift studies and match market tests across key channels


• Partner with creative and legal teams to develop high-performing, compliant assets using rapid A/B testing methodologies


• Collaborate with product marketing and lifecycle teams to shape full-funnel user journeys tailored to acquisition channels


• Proactively drive a growth agenda by identifying opportunities to improve performance and expand reach

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within consumer financial services or a data-driven field


• Demonstrated success managing paid social, programmatic, or app store marketing channels with a focus on optimization and results


• Analytical mindset with experience running sophisticated tests (e.g., A/B tests, match market tests) and setting up attribution systems


• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across creative, legal, product marketing, and analytics


• A hands-on approach and comfort with channel execution alongside strategic thinking
