We’re looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition Operations to architect the systems, processes, and insights that power a world-class global recruiting organization.
As the Director of TA Operations, you will architect the infrastructure for scalable growth. You will design, build, and optimize the systems, processes, and insights that empower our global recruiting organization to be both high-performing and human-centered. This role operates at the critical intersection of strategy and execution—driving operational excellence and ensuring every hire, from high-volume to highly specialized, feels seamless and distinctly Toast. You are the leader who sees TA Operations as the heartbeat of a high-performing recruiting organization—someone who can turn vision into systems, data into strategy, and complexity into clarity.

Our preference is Boston, New York, San Francisco, Denver and Austin, but we’re also open to strong candidates in other remote locations.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
