The Community You Will Join:
This position is employed by Airbnb Inc., however the role will provide direct support to Airbnb.org, an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit that focuses on emergency response and provides temporary housing for people in times of crisis. Airbnb.org is governed by an independent Board of Directors and its mission is to unlock the power of sharing space, resources, and support in times of need. From Australia to France, hosts have opened up their homes and helped provide accommodations to over 200,000 people. The Difference You Will Make:
As a product leader for Airbnb.org, you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end experience of Airbnb.org’s Engagement Platform. This includes every aspect of the journey including search, booking, bundled and add-on services, customer support, and more. You will partner closely with functional leaders to develop the product strategy and drive the execution that achieves our business goals. You’ll work closely across our product marketing team to develop the right software and systems to enable the vision.

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
