Senior Manager, Corporate Sales - APJ

About the Job:

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Sales - APJ to lead and scale our Commercial Sales team across the region. Reporting to our VP Global Growth Sales, This role is responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expansion revenue from mid-market / corporate customers, while building a high-performing, customer-centric sales organization.

You’ll be a hands-on leader who balances strategic planning with day-to-day coaching, works closely with cross-functional partners, and understands how to sell a technical product to engineering and product-led organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of Corporate Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
• Provide tactical coaching on pipeline management, deal progression, and customer engagement strategies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success teams to optimize lead quality, conversion, and retention.
• Own team and individual performance targets, ensuring consistent overachievement against quarterly and annual quotas.
• Hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent; build an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Participate in and contribute to the global Corporate Sales strategy — influencing process improvement, sales methodologies, and regional initiatives
• Monitor team performance and provide regular reporting and forecast updates using Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
• Leverage strong business acumen to guide complex deal cycles and coach team members through multi-stakeholder enterprise sales motions
• Represent LaunchDarkly in strategic customer engagements, executive briefings, and industry events

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of SaaS sales experience
• 3+ years of experience in sales management or team leadership
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth, and evolving environment
• Passion for mentoring others while maintaining personal accountability for results
• Experience selling to technology buyers or developer-centric audiences
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, DevOps, or feature management tools
