Coinbase Legal Operations is looking for aProgram Manager, Contracts & Analytics to join our team focused on the hands-on configuration and ongoing optimization of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems. The primary mission is to provide deep technical and operational support to the Institutional Sales team, ensuring seamless, compliant, and highly efficient client contracting processes. You will be the key driver in building, maintaining, and integrating CLM technologies like Ironclad, Evisort, and Salesforce, as well as developing and managing the comprehensive contracts reporting framework and system of record for all agreements.
