The Role
Join Veeva’s Global Medical Business Consulting Team and become the strategic owner of customer success for our Medical Content and Medical Information projects. In this role, you will own project oversight and day-to-day operational excellence of our engagements. You will manage key relationships with customers, inform offerings and services and drive business growth.
As an Engagement Manager, you will work cross-functionally with sales, product, strategy, marketing and the greater Business Consulting team to ensure a cohesive approach. In addition to content operations, you will also leverage your expertise to support broader Medical Affairs initiatives, partnering with key offerings like Link and CRM.
This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. It is customer-facing and we have no work location requirement if you are in close proximity to an airport and able to meet future travel requirements.
