Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Product Counsel to join our dedicated, collaborative, and fast-growing legal team. The primary responsibility of the Senior Product Counsel will be to serve primarily as legal advisor to the Grafana Labs product and engineering teams regarding feature development, product launches, and strategy. This critical role will also support broader legal matters, which may include non-standard licensing deals, privacy, and other cross-functional matters.
The successful candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker who is highly detail oriented and embraces a business-oriented approach, with the ability to think strategically and establish a trusted advisor relationship with internal stakeholders.
In Ireland, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is EUR 145,000 - EUR 175,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
