About the role:
You will drive the economic flywheel for the Insurance and Operations business across strategic planning, operational execution and talent strategy to ensure business achieves its objectives. You will partner with leaders across the company, including Chief of Staff roles for other executives, to solve complex problems, drive solutions, and orchestrate operational initiatives. You will drive annual corporate business processes, in partnership with corporate strategy, including long term strategy and operating plan annual development and implementation
You will report into the EVP, President of Oscar Insurance.
Work Location: This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $180,504 - $236,911 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses.
