The Role
Veeva Systems, a leader in cloud-based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is looking for an Associate Account Partner to join our Commercial Sales Team.
This is a developmental role designed to accelerate the career of an ambitious, mid-level Sales Executive. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work and learn alongside a tenured Sales Leader, focused on developing relationships and broadening sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer success on one of Veeva’s largest, most strategic accounts.
The Associate Account Partner at Veeva, in partnership with Veeva’s Global Account Partner, will support one of Veeva’s largest Global customers. The Associate Account Partner is accountable for executing the account strategy to drive overall customer relationships, exceptional customer satisfaction, and overall revenue growth. Due to the nature of the customers being supported, this role is highly visible.
Initially, the Associate Account Partner will shadow the Global Account Partner, focused on learning the industry, as well as Veeva’s Commercial Cloud and Data Cloud suite of products, while beginning to develop customer relationships. Longer-term, the Associate Account Partner will assume responsibility for the success of the customer across a division or region (North America).
