In this role, you will be acting as a key architect for AI-driven modernization and serve as the lead for Toronto’s Talent, Development, and Experience (TDE) ecosystem within the global L&D team. You will bridge the gap between local employee experience and global AI enablement, moving our internal processes from manual design to scalable, AI-assisted models.
Own the strategy, delivery, and evolution of Toronto's learning and talent experience.
Drive AI modernization across TDE design and delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives operating across the full spectrum of talent development — one day facilitating a manager workshop, the next designing scalable AI-powered learning solutions that shape the future of how we work.

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience.
