The People Operations team combines expertise in strategy, process, tooling and insights to create solutions that simplify work and help every Hoodie succeed. As our workforce evolves, we are strengthening how we manage and scale our extended workforce globally.
As a Contingent Workforce Planning Partner, you will lead the strategy and day-to-day operations of our Extended Workforce (XWF) program as we re-establish and scale this function within People Operations. You will oversee the full lifecycle of contingent workers, from budget intake through offboarding, while implementing systems and processes that improve visibility, compliance, and efficiency. This role partners closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and business leaders to ensure workforce decisions are informed by accurate data and aligned with company priorities. Your work will directly shape how Robinhood plans, tracks, and optimizes its global extended workforce!
This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
