While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.

Every time someone sends crypto from one exchange to another, global regulations require that customer information travels with the transaction — similar to how the banking system works for wire transfers. This is called the Travel Rule, and it's one of the most important regulatory frameworks shaping the future of crypto payments.
Coinbase built and operates TRUST (Travel Rule Universal Solution Technology), the industry's leading solution for Travel Rule compliance, with 100+ member exchanges and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) in the network. Think of it as the SWIFT of crypto identity exchange — and we're working to make it the global standard.
As the PM for this space, you'll own both the platform (APIs, backend infrastructure, TRUST network) and the consumer-facing experience — making sure that what could feel like regulatory friction instead feels seamless, trustworthy, and fast for end users. You'll partner closely with the Institutional product group and other teams across Coinbase who integrate with your platform, and you'll drive the business growth of TRUST as a network competing against players like Notabene and Sumsub.
This is a unique role that blends consumer product craft, platform and API thinking, and business development — all in a high-stakes regulatory domain with global scope.
