While many roles at Coinbase are remote-first, we are not remote-only. In-person participation is required throughout the year. Team and company-wide offsites are held multiple times annually to foster collaboration, connection, and alignment. Attendance is expected and fully supported.
As the Compliance Operations Manager, London COE at Coinbase, you'll lead the charge in combating money laundering and ensuring that we meet our mission to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone. You'll be a driving force behind our Enhanced Due DIligence (EDD) operations, managing our European site KYC compliance analysts that support multiple jurisdictions, with hundreds of analysts across the globe. With your expertise in compliance, operations, and process excellence, you'll be the mastermind ensuring our teams are performing their work to the highest quality standards and in full compliance with our regulatory obligations.
In this critical role, you'll take charge of supporting scale out of our London site, hiring top talent, ensuring effective training and ramp, and monitoring key KRis and using that data to identify trends and areas for improvement. You will work closely with your team and cross-functional partners to develop and implement effective solutions that will help us meet our goals in a meaningful way.
As a natural leader with a passion for compliance and operations, you'll collaborate with other leaders, internal stakeholders, and outsourced vendor partners to ensure that our operations are scaling in a thoughtful, effective way.
