As a Senior Institutional Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor, leading our most complex institutional relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience at every stage of the client journey while navigating the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. You will deliver flawless service through proactive engagement, meticulous oversight, and a rigorous commitment to risk management. As a trusted advisor, you will master each client’s operational nuances to champion their requirements internally and influence our product evolution. Success in this role requires seamless partnership with key stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Legal and Product.
