We focus on bringing Stripe’s operating principles to life in our recruiting processes, providing the highest-quality candidate experience, and leveraging data driven storytelling to influence the business. Our Internal Recruiting team manages all requisition-based internal hires.
As the Internal Recruiting Coordinator at Stripe, you'll play a key role in scaling our internal recruiting efforts. You will provide day-to-day operational support for ongoing coordination projects within the Internal Recruiting team. You’ll focus on accurate record keeping, routine communications, and timely follow-up. You will support general internal recruiting tasks and projects to help the team run smoothly. You will be a reliable operations partner who ensures accuracy of data, consistent follow-up on next steps, and clear communication between Recruiting and Talent Mobility.
You will be instrumental in building and refining processes, managing a high volume of internal recruiting requests, and ensuring we have the right talent in the right roles. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage relationships across different teams will be essential as you help us grow Stripe’s internal recruiting function.
