As Marqeta’s Counsel, Commercial you will be an important member of Marqeta’s Commercial Legal Team and primary partner to our vendor management team. As Counsel, Commercial, you will provide legal and business advice on a variety of agreements, including vendor, sales and partnership agreements, and will help improve Marqeta’s contracting processes and procedures. You will work closely with other in-house attorneys and outside counsel in providing best-in-class legal services to Marqeta’s quickly growing business. You will build strong relationships across the entire company and will have leadership visibility with Marqeta’s cross-functional teams and leaders on legal matters relating to Marqeta’s customers, partners and vendors. You are an inspiring collaborator with a team-oriented approach to your work and have a passion for delighting your clients, customers, and partners. You will report to the Senior Director, Associate General Counsel of Commercial Legal.
We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the United States or from our Oakland headquarters. We’d love for you to join us!
