We’re looking for a Business Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution within Navan’s Growth group, reporting to the VP Business Operation and Strategy. In this role, you’ll lead and develop the Business Operations team while serving as the connective tissue across the organization.
You’ll turn priorities into operating rhythm, align cross-functional teams, and make sure the business is always working off the same source of truth. You’ll own group-wide dashboards, drive cross-group initiatives, and build the operational frameworks that help teams move faster and stay aligned.
What you’ll do
Group Operating Rhythm
- Build and own cross-functional dashboards that reflect business health, priorities, and progress
- Define and run the operating cadence: weekly reviews, monthly planning, quarterly goals
- Ensure leadership and teams are aligned on what matters now and what’s next
Cross-Functional Execution
- Lead and coordinate cross-group initiatives across Product, R&D, Marketing, Sales and Ops
- Translate strategic goals into clear execution plans, milestones, and owners
- Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks early and drive resolution
- Manage complex, multi-team workstreams including launches, integrations and special programs.
Operational Excellence
- Data and decision support -Partner with data, finance, and product to define the right KPIs and success metrics
- Maintain a single source of truth for performance tracking
- Improve how teams work together by simplifying workflows and clarifying ownership
- Support leadership with prep for exec reviews, and key decision forums
- Act as a force multiplier for leadership by keeping execution tight and focused
- Create lightweight processes that scale without slowing teams down
What we’re looking for
- Management experience and the ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- 5+ years in Business Operations, Strategy & Ops, Program Management, or similar roles
- Experience working in a tech environment supporting both B2B and B2C products
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards, metrics, and KPIs
- Excellent communication skills, you can align execs and operators alike
- Highly organized, structured thinker who can operate in ambiguity
