Are you a production powerhouse who thrives on turning ambitious creative concepts into reality? Navan is looking for a Senior Producer & Project Manager to join our Tel-Aviv team, and lead the production and marketing planning for our newest product: Navan Edge. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the Navan Edge marketing team. A strategic partner responsible for end-to-end production - from high production value video shoots to rapid-fire digital ad campaigns. Whether working with our internal creative team or managing external agencies, you ensure every deliverable is world-class, on time, and on budget.
What You'll Do:
End-to-End Production: Lead the full production (pre-pro, production, and post) for video, motion, and static assets.
Agency & Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external production houses and agencies; handle procurement, negotiate contracts, and manage high-level budgets.
Own the "Master Calendar" for Navan Edge marketing, ensuring cross-functional teams (Creative, Growth, and Product) are aligned and hitting milestones.
Take ownership of projects end-to-end, including planning, budgets, timelines, approvals and everything in between.
Balance in-house resources with external partners to maximize output without compromising on quality.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production, generative AI, and online marketing to enhance the quality and impact of our content.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years experience in production for marketing.
Demonstrated expertise in producing high-quality videos and ads.
Proven ability to manage complex project budgets.
A creative and innovative mindset, capable of finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Native or fluent English, with the ability to manage expectations across various seniority levels and time zones.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
