About the Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer- II DevOps with hands-on experience in AI/ML or Generative AI use cases, combined with a strong foundation in automation, CI/CD, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building intelligent automation solutions across our engineering and platform ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions for DevOps and platform engineering use cases


• Build and integrate AI agents and copilots to enhance developer productivity


• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with AI-assisted workflows


• Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and microservices architecture


• Deploy and scale AI models on cloud platforms


• Collaborate with platform, SRE, and development teams to identify and implement AI-driven use cases


• Enhance observability and incident management using AI-driven insights


• Ensure security, governance, and cost optimization (FinOps) for AI workloads

What You’ll Need

AI / ML / GenAI:

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Bedrock, or Vertex AI


• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI API integrations


• Solid foundation in machine learning concepts and LLM architectures

Core Engineering:

• 3 + years of strong background in DevOps or software development

Proficiency in:

• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)


• Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)


• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)

Cloud:

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP


• Good understanding of compute, storage, and networking services

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents or automation bots


• Familiarity with MLOps and FinOps practices


• Strong scripting skills (Python or Bash)


• Knowledge of observability tools and AIOps

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to quickly adapt to emerging technologies


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills


• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
