The Technical Recruiting team partners closely with Engineering to attract and hire talent that enables Robinhood to achieve its Mission to Democratize Finance for All. We focus on building strong, representative candidate pipelines and delivering a thoughtful, consistent hiring experience. This team works closely with Brokerage, Crypto and Core Engineering leaders to ensure hiring plans align with business priorities and long-term growth. We are committed to clear communication, data-informed decisions, and continuous improvement across the recruiting lifecycle.
As a Senior Recruiter focused on “General Engineering”, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for highly specialized technical roles across Brokerage, Crypto, and Core Engineering. You will partner directly with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, align on candidate profiles, and manage searches from intake through offer. You will serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, pipeline health, and interview best practices. Your work will directly support the protection of customer data and the reliability of the systems that power Robinhood’s products!
This role is based in our Chicago, IL; Menlo Park, CA; or New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
