Senior Web Developer - Documentation Platform

This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in Ireland.

The Opportunity:

Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, and traces with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software without the overhead of maintaining their own stack.

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to own the user experience across our documentation and educational properties. This role focuses on improving user success via our Hugo website, Pathfinder (our interactive in-product learning tool), and the Learning Hub.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Expand the external enablement through the Learning Hub.

Continue development of a first-class documentation site for both human and AI consumers.

Collaborate with other engineering teams on continuously improving the integration of the website and the user-facing product

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Solid experience (4+ years) with web development technologies and static site generators.

Excellent communication skills.

Experience or comfort working with backends written in Golang.

Experience or comfort working with Kubernetes.

Strong practice of effective CI/CD.

Strong understanding of web application security best practices

In Ireland, the base compensation range for this role is EUR 92,000 - EUR 110,400. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
