Our Crypto team is dedicated to building and expanding our cryptocurrency offerings, making crypto accessible and understandable for everyone. The team partners closely with engineering, product, and compliance to bring new crypto capabilities to customers while maintaining strong regulatory standards. We focus on making complex blockchain technologies more understandable and accessible to a broad audience.
As a Senior Partnerships Leader, you will identify and manage relationships with key participants across the cryptocurrency ecosystem. You will evaluate new partnership opportunities, lead negotiations, and support the launch of integrations that expand Robinhood’s crypto offerings. You will also oversee existing partnerships, ensuring strong performance and alignment with product goals. This role plays a central part in shaping how Robinhood Crypto supports our core business and collaborates with exchanges, custodians, and blockchain partners to deliver new capabilities to customers!
This role is based in our New York, NY office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
