展示虚幻引擎在解决行业特定挑战方面的价值
- 有效识别客户需求与风险，明确交付成果并规划工作范围以加以应对
基于行业专业知识与最佳实践，推荐工作流程与优化方案；善于协作并发展跨职能关系，确保团队间的协同一致
与销售和支持团队合作，制定有效的新客户引导计划，并在必要时协助实施；与支持团队 的技术资源合作，在适当情况下提供现场或远程协助
监控计划执行情况与交付成果，有效沟通进展并管理工作范围；与内外部各利益相关方进 行有效沟通，使其保持知情，并提供高质量的专属支持
与学习团队合作，为客户提供指导和实操培训，进行现场演示，并在各类活动和展会中与 用户互动
我们正在寻找的人才
- 具备在动画项目中使用虚幻引擎的实践经验
4年以上面向客户的工作经验（如销售、支持、培训），理想情况下具备项目监督或项目负 责人经验
- 4年以上动画领域工作经验
- 具备丰富的动画软件及工作流程使用经验
- 具备出色的日常问题解决能力，能够将每一个新问题视为成功的机会
- 有创造性、有条理地应对挑战的成功记录，能够推动问题最终解决
- 能够与不同层级的利益相关方进行有效沟通，并建立良好的合作关系
- 必须居住在中国境内，并能流利使用中文和英文
- 愿意出差，出差时间最多可达工作时间的30%
